Obsessively focus on understanding our customer needs;
Develop and maintain digital assets (e.g. user interface, presentations, reports, banners, brochures, website graphics, signage, etc.) to support the organization's image, identity and brands;
Prepare designs, layouts and other creative elements for marketing projects utilizing popular design and office applications; and
Collaborate and assist in initiatives where graphic design is required.
Qualifications and requirements
Critical Core Competencies
Strong communication and storytelling skills;
Goal-oriented and results-driven personality;
Excellent organizational skills, accurate and detailed oriented;
A self-starter who can work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously; and
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Wine knowledge is a BIG asset.
2-5 years’ experience in relevant design and graphics work;
Proficiency with Sketch or;
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) or Google Docs;
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field is an asset;
Experience with technology companies and B2B companies is preferred; and
Video editing and animation/illustration experience preferred;
