What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

You will support each of the Product Managers in activities related to the development of data profiles, drafting functional stories, development and validation of acceptance criteria, facilitating UAT, managing the roadmap and backlog, and providing production support analysis.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Evaluate completed technical stories and solutions based on acceptance criteria to ensure they meet the expected functional requirements.
2. Create QA and UAT plans and coordinate the execution of these plans by relevant teams.
3. Demonstrate and facilitate UAT of completed solutions to business partners.
4. Develop implementation plans and internal communications in collaboration with Product Managers.
5. Take on prioritization and execution of smaller-scale improvements within the roadmap and collaborate with senior product managers to focus on larger-scale transformative elements of the roadmap.
6. Assist in delivering completed deliverables to operational teams.
7. Independently draft requirements in the form of agile stories that directly support the primary objectives of new product capabilities:
   • Sized appropriately for development during a two-week iteration.
   • Include clear and specific acceptance criteria.
   • Take into account dependencies on other stories and/or products and initiatives.
8. Refine requirements into stories that are ready for development.

Skills:

• Business Analyst experience (More than 3 years)
• Retail experience in: (Exclusive)
  • Merchandising
  • Order Management
  • Accounts Payable
  • Supply Chain
  • Allocation and Planning, etc.
  • Warehouse Management
• English proficiency: B2+ (Exclusive)
