Lead Data Analyst in Fusemachines

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Looker Studio to join our team. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to analyze, interpret and visualize complex data sets, and provide insights that inform critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts in designing, building, and maintaining complex dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop data-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business requirements.
• Identify and implement best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analysis.
• Work with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts to build a strong data analytics team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization.
• At least 3 years of experience using Looker Studio to design, build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data sets.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior analysts.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity efforts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
