We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, high-impact engineering team where ownership matters. You will work closely with leadership, designers, and other developers to turn real business requirements into production-ready software.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, improving architecture, solving product and technical challenges, and setting a high standard for code quality, performance, and delivery. • 7+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems
• Proven experience building frontend applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, or similar technologies
• Solid knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, third-party services, and internal systems
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Experience working with Git, code review workflows, and collaborative development environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of technical delivery
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to both technical quality and business value
• Professional-level English communication skills
