Test Planning & Design: Design and develop detailed test plans based on the project requirements and specifications.
Execution: Manually test applications across different devices and browsers to identify bugs, defects, and areas of improvement.
Automation: Assist in maintaining and potentially developing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, etc. (if applicable).
Bug Reporting: Document, report, and monitor defects in the bug tracking system ensuring clear and concise replication steps.
Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to prioritize defects and ensure timely resolutions.
Performance Testing: Evaluate application performances under different conditions and loads (if applicable).
Feedback Loop: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with the latest trends in the QA industry to suggest and implement best practices.

Requerimientos del cargo

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in Quality Assurance and software testing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, Postman, etc.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to deduce the conditions and steps to reproduce the anomalies in the software.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues and interact with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to catching discrepancies and inconsistencies in software.

Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
