Key Responsibilities

Account management and team leadership to drive app success.
Sales and project management responsibilities.
Crafting well-imagined marketing campaigns.
Keeping the team on track and managing your own work effectively.
Meeting deadlines and achieving specific goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in agency operations or a similar field.
Strong skills in Account Management, Retention Sales (including commissions), and Project Management.
Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing launches.
Experience in the tech or app industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

App marketing experience.
Understanding of monetization, UX, and CRM marketing is a big plus.
Experience in the tech or app industry is a plus.
