We’re looking for an experienced Webflow developer to join the team to design, develop and maintain sites for new ideas that we are testing. You will work closely with the founder and the design team to develop websites and products to help us achieve our goals.

• Update an existing website in Webflow
• Optimize the website for responsive design and performance in Webflow
• Improve and optimize website SEO
• Develop site structures and user flows
• Participate in calls with clients when discussing user flows and best practices
• Inform and research best practices for different low-code tech stacks
• Create hand-off packages and website user guides for clients

This is a part-time role for approximately 10 hours per week. All work shall be conducted remotely. Preference will be provided to candidates based in Argentina.

Initially, this is a contract role. Based on your performance, we would like you to join our team full-time. If this appeals to you and your performance warrants it, we would like to sponsor your immigration application and join our team in Canada.

• Have 2-3 years of experience developing in Webflow. Webflow experience is a must-have!
• Proficiency in other low and no-code tools and development
• Have completed all aspects of web development (design to launch) in the past
• Have an understanding of UI/UX best practices
• Are able to develop based on provided wireframes
• Sound knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Have a holistic approach to design, from high-level strategy to small design details
• Have a portfolio of past projects including designs and completed sites

• Webflow certified
• Experience with JS and APIs
• Experience with Google Data Studio & GA4
