Funciones del cargo

  • Plan, implement, and deploy changes following established SDLC and best practices for coding, testing, and monitoring in SugarCRM
  • Produce technical design, test, and documentation for projects with complex dependencies
  • Deal with troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues, as they arise
  • Participate in Scrum meetings, and contribute to requirements estimation, design, and code reviews
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Become the expert on your team’s business and technical domains
  • Grow the team by attracting, onboarding, and coaching new/Junior engineers
  • Become an expert on the technical stack your team owns, gaining knowledge in your team's business domains

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Showing a track record of software development in PHP, Go, or Ruby (5-7 years)
  • Having more than 5 years of professional background in SugarCRM
  • Skilled in designing and developing SugarCRM applications
  • Great at maintenance of quality systems within the group challenges
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementation as a part of project success
  • Proficient in Modules customization and writing
  • Confident in CRM software migration, and 3rd party software integration
  • Strong in creating upgrade-safe modules
  • Experienced in PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL profiling and query optimization
  • Good at NoSQL data backends (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
  • Designing and developing application components following a Microservices architecture
  • Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
