Senior Full-Stack Developer in Diagnoss

Closed job - No longer receiving applicants

At Diagnoss, we aim to supercharge the productivity and performance of clinical teams in their electronic health records systems. We built an AI powered assistant that they can use in real-time at the point of patient care. This is a new market category and we're super excited at all the opportunities in our pipeline: clinics, hospitals, and government.

Senior Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will be part of the core product team. You will report to both the CTO and the CEO. You will also work with other developers on the team. Depending on your level of English, you will be on customer calls listening to feedback and working with the CEO to decide on future features.

As a full stack dev on a small team, you will be the point person for our software development. You will be responsible for maintenance of our current product as well as future development.

The team will be leaning on your opinion and ideas heavily as decisions for tickets, features, projects, and priorities are made.

We use Jira and Google Chat in our day-to-day work. Although the CEO currently leads stand-ups, you are expected to lead standups and direct the creation of tickets in jira when needed.

Our platform has recently launched and it is now deployed in real clinics with users. We are getting a lot of great feedback which is helping us focus on our roadmap. Much of the work you'll do in the first 3 months will be front-end focused since that's where the bulk of the feedback is coming in. You will be expected to help prioritize tickets and communicate trade-offs to the CEO as we grows.

As far as what it's like to work here, this is very much a fast paced startup environment where everyone is passionate about making the work of doctors more effortless. We have a flat structure and value everyone's expertise. If you're looking to be a core member of a US startup that's building cutting edge technology, and if you're looking for a place that is seeking your ideas and opinions to make decisions, then this is the company for you!
