We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Developer with at least 3 years of experience working with Ruby and in web development.

Responsibilities

You'll help develop innovative software solutions and scale ArchDaily as the world's most visited architecture website, where millions of users get inspiration every day.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to release new features in an Agile fashion.
Plan, design and write testable, performant, and efficient code.

Qualifications

Experience in web development, particularly with MVC frameworks such as Rails. Knowledge of Ruby language.
Experience as an active participant in the planning and development of web projects
Experience and ability to lead the development and execution of a software project within a team of developers
Have a good understanding of how websites work
Our team is worldwide so our common language is English, you should be able to clearly express yourself in English
Good communication skills so you can interact with PM’s and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience working with Ruby on Rails
Knowledge of docker
Experiences working with a cloud provider, such as AWS or GCP
