• Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements
• You are expected to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners, technical staff members and customers.
• You will be responsible for developing through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments.
• You will design, develop, implement and maintain custom Salesforce.com applications.
• Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain SFDC Visual Force pages, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components and API integrations
• Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
• Apply Salesforce Development Best Practices and declarative development mindset
• Able to follow Org Development Model or Package Development model as needed
• Create documentation, including training documentation and release notes
• Participate with offshore teams across project phases
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues
• JIRA / Agile Accelerator

• 2-3 years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform
• You must have an excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products.
• Experience with Agile Development
• Knowledge in GIT
• English fluency. Portuguese preferred OR Spanish preferred, depending the location
• As a Force.com developer, you must have a solid foundation programming in Java and demonstrate writing efficient and scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce code
• To be successful in this position, you must provide expertise on the Salesforce.com API’s, profiles, and security model while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for our product sandboxes.
