Salesforce Developer

Role and Responsibilities:

Work closely with our team to translate client requirements into solutions.
Create technical documentation and execute software unit testing.
Design solutions using standard configuration capabilities in both Classic and Lightning.
Provide development oversight of the solution throughout the project.
Lead QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope.
Resolve technical issues associated with developed software components.
Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders.
Contribute to estimating and SOW templates.
Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Provide leadership to other admins and developers.
Ensure technical best practices in all solutions being developed.
Lead development initiatives and provides mentorship and direction to less experienced developers.
Facilitate and participate in code reviews with senior and junior staff.
Lead project technical scoping, technical specification review, training of new staff and of emerging Salesforce technologies to existing staff.

Requerimientos del cargo

2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a developer capacity (LWC, VisualForce and Apex)
Minimum 5+ years of architect experience: defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions within Salesforce using custom development methods.
5+ years of technical experience in a hands on technical leadership position.
Direct development experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ.
Experience with Apex, VisualForce pages, Custom Apex Web Services.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration. Experience with newer features like visual workflow and process builder are a plus.
Multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environment management.
Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred.
Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
Experience in training and writing training documentation.
Highly Adaptable to change.
Proactive self-starter who can work effectively individually and with project team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience integrating with Pardot or other Marketing Automation systems a plus.
