We are looking for a Senior Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our Amazing Team!

Responsibilities:

• You'll help develop innovative software solutions and scale ArchDaily/Architonic as the world's most visited architecture website, where millions of users get inspiration every day.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to release new features in an Agile fashion.
• Plan, design and write testable, performant, and efficient code.

You will learn a lot here, that's for sure. That's why the most important requirement is to have a very open and growth mindset. But, we still have some minimum requirements:

• Experience coding with Ruby and experience in web development
• Experience as an active participant in the planning and development of web projects
• Have a good understanding of how websites work
• Our team is worldwide so our common language is English, you should be able to clearly express yourself in English
• Good communication skills so you can interact with PM’s and other stakeholders.

• Experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of docker
• Experience working with a cloud provider, such as AWS or GCP

We have offices in Santiago, Ciudad de México, Zurich and Berlin. If you live in any of those cities you could go there and enjoy a very cool working environment. If not, you can still work from home or wherever you prefer.

Even if we expect you to achieve the goals planned for every iteration you will have as much flexibility as possible. Of course we need to schedule some meetings and you'll have to be there, but most of the time it will be flexible.
