Full-Stack Engineer in Lasso

As the 7th full-time team member, you’ll contribute to the product’s growth, influence technical decisions, and ship features that improve farmers’ access to funding. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate with customers to refine requirements, and help shape our architectural roadmap as we scale:

• Work directly with the co-founders and the engineering team to build and own product features on the platform, making daily decisions on how to solve hard problems.
• Gather feedback from existing and new customers and translate insights into impactful design and technical decisions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the development of the technical roadmap.
• Decide and implement new technologies and tools to ship better and faster, balancing speed with quality.
