Back-end Engineer in Quansa

At Quansa, this is what we work for everyday. Our mission is to help workers save money on financial products and work free of stress about finances.

Quansa links the payroll data of thousands of employees with banks, fintechs and other financial institutions, changing the way financial products are delivered and priced by banks and fintechs. Just like an health insurance broker, Quansa negotiates on behalf of employees and can offer solutions that employees cannot get anywhere else - keeping them financially healthy!

We're a Latin American company born in Sillicon Valley (@Stanford University), with operations in Chile and Brazil and growing.

Our engineering team is growing and constantly looking for great software engineers who will continue to build our system around the best coding and architectural practices.

You will be working closely with other software engineers and the product team. We all function as a big team with our customers in the center of every decision we make.

You'll be responsible for writing code (yes, tests are included), making design decisions that will affect thousands of users, deploy and operate your developments and finally, support clients and internal stakeholders.

We love to try new approaches and technologies, and you'll have your fair share of experimenting.

Sooner than later you'll have to debug something in production and come up with a stable solution in record time (our users will thank you 😉 and the team will be eternally grateful)
