SmartBarrel is a construction labor management solution. builds both hardware and software to help contractors better manage their workforce. Construction companies mainly interact with SmartBarrel using our dashboard. A responsive web application where a construction company can add, edit, delete manage workers, projects, timesheet and much more.

Job functions

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates in the technology industry, with a focus on QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support roles. This includes online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit specifically for QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, for QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support roles. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions, including job postings, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology recruitment, particularly in the areas of QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support roles, to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and enhance the employer brand.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technology Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support roles in the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using different recruitment channels specifically for QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and experience using effective interview techniques for QA, Project Manager, Developers, and Support positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
