Email Marketing Specialist in Paktolus

Paktolus is an international, fully remote company of multi-disciplinary teams working together to create the best products & services we can for our clients.

Our Creative Department is currently looking to add an Email Marketing Specialist to our newly created Marketing Team. You will report directly to our Creative Director and work closely with the Creative Team (primarily our US/LATAM Creative Teams) on a regular basis to complete your assignments.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our marketing team, responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns. This role requires someone with a strong sense of self-direction, creativity, and a data-driven mindset. You'll have the opportunity to shape our email marketing strategy, engage with our diverse portfolio of clients, and have a direct impact on the future success of our Marketing Team.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy and business objectives.
• Create compelling, personalized, and engaging email content to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Manage email marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, A/B test various elements, and make data-driven optimizations.
• Brainstorm strategies and methods to meet our client’s goals, while staying mindful of budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to create impactful email campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
• Ability to effectively present email marketing strategies to clients, summarize goals and results, and offer suggestions when requested.

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with email marketing automation tools. (Klaviyo)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and optimizations.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-direction.
• High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Ability to effectively present email marketing strategies to clients, data and analytics reports, and provide suggestions when requested.
