Senior UX/UI Product Designer in SmartBarrel

SmartBarrel is a construction labor management solution. builds both hardware and software to help contractors better manage their workforce. Construction companies mainly interact with SmartBarrel using our dashboard. A responsive web application where a construction company can add, edit, delete manage workers, projects, timesheet and much more.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and customer needs
• Build upon existing design solutions to create new features and functionality
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and customers
• Maintain design consistency and standards across products
• Create design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is met in the final product
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in dashboard design and complex user flows
• Experience with B2B products and customers
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
