Job functions

What if every job application started with a conversation? Talkpush is the leading recruitment software for the messaging age, and we are building interfaces with all the leading messaging apps, as well as chatbots to simulate thousands of conversations between employers and job seekers
The Conversation Designer will be in charge of bringing our recruitment chatbots to life and improving the level of training and engagement as they converse with over one million candidates every year.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience in design, UX, and storytelling
  • Min 3 years experience in copywriting and/or technical writing
  • Advanced Knowledge of Dialogflow, ManyChat, or any chatbot platform
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish / English, additional language skills are welcome to apply
  • A natural curiosity for chatbots and the AI industry
  • Must Be a Team Player and Have Excellent Problem Solving Skills
  • A portfolio demonstrating both personal and team-based work
Preferred but not mandatory:
  • Experience working with customers in a professional services environment (e.g. agency)
  • Operational and Service desk experience is preferred
  • Software development / Programming knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional, rich, and fulfilling conversational experiences
  • Craft high-level, mockups and task flows to effectively communicate chat and voice interaction and design ideas
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to convert their ideas and vision into engaging content
  • Use our content flow tools (Dialogflow) to build engaging conversations
  • Review existing chatbot flows and suggest improvements
  • Track progress of customer-specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Quality assurance of conversations before launch
  • Defect monitoring (Service desk) and NLP optimization of our bots to get smarter over time
