Job functions

Passport Experience Excellence: Take ownership of creating an exceptional Passport experience for our customers post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and ongoing success.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
Customized Shipping Strategies: Analyze customer requirements and pain points to develop personalized shipping strategies that align with their goals and enhance their operational efficiency.
Concurrent Onboarding Management: Project manage multiple onboarding processes for brand partners and 3PLs, ensuring seamless execution and timely progress updates both internally and externally.
Collaboration with 3PL Success Team: Work closely with the 3PL success team to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive experience for customers who share partnerships with both Passport and 3PLs.
Process Improvement: Collaborate across functions within Passport to scale and enhance internal processes and workflows, ensuring successful customer onboarding and driving efficiency gains.
Product Expertise: Become an expert on the Passport product suite, maintaining a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. Stay informed about industry trends and news to provide informed insights to customers.

Qualifications and requirements

1-3 years onboarding experience or applicable work in project management
Comfortable with significant customer interaction and strong interest in building relationships
Self-motivating team player who can work cross-functionally and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills and project management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to describe complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences
Prioritize customer experience with a focus on customer happiness
Express empathy and the ability to take initiative on doing the right thing for the customer
Creative problem solving skills that you want to apply in an ever-evolving environment
Resourceful - you might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them or who to ask for help
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Located in Argentina, Chile, or Perú
