A51 Creation is building an international team to explore how digital services operate in real markets. This part-time remote assistant role focuses on understanding Chilean local payment methods, testing apps and online services, and gathering practical insights from the ground. You will help us observe the competitive landscape in the Chilean online market and contribute to small tech/research tasks. The work is hands-on and varied, designed to give you tangible exposure to fintech and online platforms while avoiding repetitive routines.

What You’ll Do

Explore how local payment methods work in Chile and document findings clearly.
Test apps and online services, recording simple screen videos to illustrate flows.
Compare offerings from competitors in the Chilean online market to identify gaps and opportunities.
Assist with small tech and research tasks as they arise, applying practical problem-solving.
Serve as our “eyes on the ground” to understand real-world user experiences and operational realities.

What We Expect

Responsible, organized, and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new things, and technical confidence to navigate apps and digital tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate observations clearly.
Interest in fintech, gaming, or online platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.

Desirable But Not Required

Previous exposure to digital payments, gambling, betting, fintech product testing, or market research.
Spanish language skills for deeper market understanding (not required).
Experience with screen recording or simple video walkthroughs.
