Do I spend credits when inviting applicants who have participated in my other processes?
No. If professionals already applied to jobs at your company, they are part of your applicant pool and you can invite them to another process without spending Talent Database credits.
The same applies while a Talent Database unlock is still valid. After using a credit to unlock a professional’s information in Talent Database, that unlock is valid for one year.
When the Talent Database unlock expires, it is no longer listed among your active unlocks. If that professional has not applied to your company and you invite them from Talent Database again, you may need a valid unlock or credit again.
