We are a dynamic and ambitious bootstrapped SaaS company seeking a driven and talented Spanish Sales Representative and Content Localization Specialist to join our team. With a vision to expand our reach and explore the potential of the Spanish and Latin American markets, we are thrilled to welcome an individual who can assist us in tapping into the numerous leads originating from Spanish-speaking countries.

Job functions

1. Sales and Business Development:
- Conduct proactive outreach and cold calling to potential customers in Latin America & Spain to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Utilize your expertise to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts for Latin America & Spain

2. Content Localization:
- Leverage your fluency in Spanish to proofread and adapt existing marketing and sales materials, ensuring cultural appropriateness and accuracy.
- Localize website content, product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing collateral to resonate with the Japanese audience.
- Create compelling content tailored to the Spanish & Latin American market, including email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.

3. Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between our international team and Spanish speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and requirements

- Fluent in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in sales or business development preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of Spanish & Latin American business culture, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content in Spanish adapting the tone and style to suit different channels.
- Experience in closing sales deals and establishing relationships with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with SaaS products and services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and culturally relevant content.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
