About the Department

Peek's Sales Ops team is responsible for creating and sustaining growth. Sales ops encompass everything from lead management, process optimization, sales training & strategy, and data handling.

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our team who is experienced or passionate about sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. These duties include providing administrative support to our SalesOps team members to maintain a high level of efficiency in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our SalesOps software tools and systems. This role will directly support our Senior Analysts and Salesforce Admin and thorough training will be provided on all required job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Salesforce Admin and Senior Analysts with Salesforce updates, including (but not limited to): Lead and account data augmentation, territory reassignment, and contact management
  • Assign record ownership
  • Run Deduplication Tools
  • Assists in user support tickets
  • Assist in all reporting efforts
  • Assist in communicating needs and guiding project work with our Lead Qualification Team

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal and team skills with the ability to thrive in a remote position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to perform transactional work for a large portion of the day

Personal Attributes

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales or related analyst role
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and deliver exceptional results
  • Strong drive for process improvement with a focus on scalability

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Gsuite
