The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and experience interfacing with clients in a B2B or B2C environment. Our Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will join a high-performing sales team that values collaboration, creativity, and passion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing product presentations to key decision-makers or business owners for U.S.- based companies
  • Generating sales from new and/or existing customer accounts
  • Upselling and cross-selling
  • Managing complex negotiations for a range of prospective clients
  • Building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinating and curating sales initiatives through various marketing programs
  • Seeking new leads and closing potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development, or other similar roles, preferably with U.S.-based clients
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective sales and lead-generation strategies as well as industry best practices.
  • Sales experience gained from any of the following industries: Healthcare, Financial / Insurance, Construction, Logistics, Digital Marketing, etc,
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Solutions focused
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive with strong work ethics
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
  • Possess own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 and above, or equivalent
  • Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps
  • Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
