Job responsabilities

We are seeking a B2B Platform Sales Executive , with a focus on large businesses within the mining and energy industries. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with proven sales experience and a deep understanding of the market in the U.S. and Canada (NA). This professional will be focused on achieving results and will be able to handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure. They should also be comfortable with a compensation structure that includes both a fixed salary and a significant variable component tied to sales performance. We value proactive, highly motivated candidates with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Specific Job Requirements

  1. Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment and targeting large businesses.
  2. Proven ability to perform as a results-oriented salesperson, with a focus on acquiring new business.
  3. Deep knowledge of the mining and energy industries in the U.S. and Canada.
  4. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives of large businesses.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  6. Ability to understand specific customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  7. Solid knowledge of the use and benefits of B2B e-commerce platforms.
  8. High motivation and result orientation, with the ability to work independently.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
  10. Ability to handle sales targets and meet deadlines.
  11. A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field would be advantageous.
