The Platzi Enterprise team identifies and closes sales of Platzi’s industry-leading e-learning platform with businesses globally. As a member of this team, you are the type of self-starting closer that creates a large pipeline of business within a short period of time and closes new logo opportunities.

At Platzi Enterprise we look for resilient, competitive, creative, nimble, and commercially minded team players with the experience and deep-rooted love of closing large enterprise deals. This Sr. level seller must have strong business value presentation skills, be comfortable presenting at all levels of an organization, and advance deals towards closure as both, an individual and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities)

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory (Chile)
  • Generate business opportunities through your own contacts, networking, trade shows, professional associations, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and cold reach-out.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This includes prospecting, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and researching potential clients.
  • Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain an accurate deal of your pipeline and forecast within our CRM.
  • Partner with account management to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells from your new account wins.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as Outside Sales Representative for SaaS products or similar roles
  • Resilient with validated quota achievement delivering on deals greater than USD 50K, selling to large companies and/or government entities in Chile.
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Knowledge of using relevant CRM software, SaaS products, and Google Suite.
  • English level: B2 or above.
  • Plus: Ability to thrive in a lighting-fast and startup environment
