Pago46 is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility is to support turning lead generation into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and growth teams to create and execute sales programs and outbound lead generation campaigns.
This position requires heavy outbound social media outreach, cold calling, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with the team to generate new client opportunities.
We are looking for a quick learner with strong empathy, able to listen to customer needs, solid communication skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You need to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, start new relationships, be methodical, and have a metric-driven mindset.
As our BDR for Spanish Speaking Latin America, you’ll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.
What you’ll do, our agreement with you
- Drive pipeline of interested prospects through inbound or outbound lead generation, via phone calls, emails, events, and assorted campaigns.
- Target and map potential customers; research prospective clients through the use of web/social media and external tools to identify leads.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Growth team.
- Continually follow-up with and monitor passed leads, to ensure a consistent customer experience and maintain momentum.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities to propose and innovate sales & prospecting practices.
- Help the team to build out our world-class Growth Team.
