Who we’re looking for
Pago46 is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the LATAM market. You’ll be responsible for finding business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships, with the main goal to enable business growth.
The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within client accounts.
This position requires analytical and consultative selling skills. You’ll work closely with the operations and marketing teams mainly to close new client opportunities and eventually generate leads. As our AE for Spanish Speaking Latin America, you’ll play a crucial role in breaking into new and existing accounts and fostering relationships with multiple customers to enable the company's main growth goals.
What you’ll do, our agreement with you
  • Be responsible for opportunity identification, deal closing, negotiation of contracts and account management including strategy formulation and customer relationship management.
  • Lead qualification from qualified leads and sales opportunities into lifetime customers.
  • Demo/present products and manage procurement processes (RFP) to prospective clients.
  • Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships.
  • Create business plans in collaboration with the extended team in order to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success.
  • Ensure and contribute to support a large pipeline of interested prospects through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, and assorted campaigns.
  • Target, map, and convert qualified leads into customer.
  • Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years relevant work experience in account management or account executive sales role, particularly in B2B software markets.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as CRM Software (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating workflows, sequences, and processes to automate and improve sales performance.
  • Possess a “customer first” mentality with the ability to execute in line with overall business goals, and listen carefully to customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and analytical first mindset.

  • Show proved consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
  • You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Track record of overachieving sales quotas.
  • Have a strong interest in future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo, having worked for a fintech or B2B company.
  • Have experience working at a fast-paced start-up.
  • Previously worked in distributed and remote environments.
