Funciones del cargo

The HR Administrative will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to HR . This person will provide clerical and administrative support to HR Latam department; manage and maintain employee hardcopy files to comply with local labor legislation in the different countries; input employee personal data into HRIS database including new hire entry, personal information updates, terminations, payroll and other tasks; manage employees documentation (contracts, addendums, certificates, medical licenses, vacations, etc.); support the update and edit of HR-related content in different channels

Typical Key Activities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Latam Human Resources department.
  • Maintains employee hardcopy files.
  • Administers the Document Retention process for Latam HR department.
  • Inputs employee personal data into HRIS database.
  • Processes assigned tasks and maintains data within HRIS including new hire entry, personal information updates terminations, payroll and other tasks.
  • Manages employees documentation (contracts, addendums, certificates, medical licenses, vacations, etc.)
  • May help with New Hire desk set up.
  • Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.
  • Supports logistics for HR-related events.
  • Supports the update and edit of HR-related content in different platforms.
  • May manage incoming HR requests ensuring timely responses.

Core Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in applicable field
  • 2+ years HR support experience, or equivalent
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills (mainly Excel)
  • English proficiency: basic
  • Strong client interaction and customer support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and can understand and explain complex situations with ease
  • Good team partnering skills
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee information and salary matters
