Job functions

Superside is looking for an ambitious Demand Generation Manager with 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS context, to help Superside grow even faster by building a better growth system across a broad range of company functions.
You will own a key function on a marketing team that has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$10M ARR, and be part of our ongoing growth journey from $10M to $100M ARR and beyond.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to strategize and launch demand gen campaigns across a number of channels in order to create leads and opportunities that convert to revenue at a volume and velocity that exceeds existing levels. You will have the support of our Performance Marketing and Content Marketing teams, and closely with our Sales, both new accounts and expansion teams, in order to grow Superside.

What You'll Do

  • The three pillars of your role are: leading our acquisition efforts using typical inbound methodologies and nurturing leads that aren’t ready, leading our ABM efforts for acquisition and expansion, as well as product-led growth experiments
  • Help develop and launch 1:1 and 1: few ABM programs to successfully engage accounts and decision-makers, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts
  • Own key parts of our website and landing pages and work with other team members to improve clarity and ultimately conversion
  • Own the strategy for our acquisition oriented email marketing campaigns and a large portion of the execution with assistance from our Marketing Ops agency
  • Collaborate with content marketing and performance marketing teams to help execute campaigns against target segments and accounts
  • Work closely with the product team to drive product-led growth with our existing subscription base and website visitors
  • Run experiments and try new programs. Think referral programs, brand campaigns, affiliate programs, channel partnerships etc.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in various Demand Gen, Growth or Lifecycle Marketing roles
  • You’ve worked in marketing at a B2B company, and are more than familiar with the goals of ABM programs
  • You are analytical and data-informed and, have an eye towards data and
  • You can run a tight, rigorous process and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders through reviews and approvals
  • You are used to working closely with sales and customer success
  • You’re good with a high degree of flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • You possess the desire to roll up your sleeves, execute, and create scalable processes within a growing company
  • You're self-motivated and will constantly seek out ways to help the company with reach and efficiency
