In only 3 years we have impacted more than 1,400 travelers organizing trips all around the world offering accessible places to stay, things to do, and multi-day trips in 25 countries and 67 destinations.

The Job: CX Manager

We are looking for a Travel Expert, who is passionate about accessibility, people, and hospitality. As a travel expert, you will have a direct relation with our travelers, perform customer care and sales tasks, manage payments and bookings, work with industry partners all over the world, and much more. If you speak several languages and you are eager to work in the tourism industry this is your place.

The tasks to be performed are:

  • Plan and sell accessible places to stay, things to do, and multi-day trips while talking to our clients through our CRM tool
  • Understand and connect with our travelers, finding out about their needs, dreams, fears and expectations in order to help them book accessible travel products that satisfy their needs.
  • Create quotes and itineraries accordingly
  • Make bookings/reservations and collect payment/fees
  • Research and develop partnerships with new tour operators around the world when needed for specific client needs.
  • Networking with tour operators all over the world to strategically plan for new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, commercial awareness, and hospitality oriented mindset
  • Organized and methodical
  • Emphatic and with knowledge (or interested in learning) about disability needs
  • Fluency in English (written and speaking); multilingualism is a plus, your English must be great
  • Passionate about our mission and open to learning from different areas
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Work schedule is 100% flexible
  • We work remotely. If based in one of our locations, the plan is to get together 1-2 days per week
