Job functions

- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute the product vision.
- User stories: Write and detail user stories in Jira.
- Manage the backlog: Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
- Measure product success: Use key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience with SaaS products (Nice to have): Demonstrates deep knowledge of SaaS products and the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
Passion for construction (Nice to have): A genuine interest in the construction industry and its challenges.
Agile mindset: Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Customer focus: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Leadership skills: Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide them toward success.
Strategic thinking: Define the medium-term vision of the product and make data-driven decisions.

Desirable skills

Backlog and Task Management

JIRA: A tool by Atlassian for agile project management. It allows you to create, prioritize, and assign tasks, as well as track team progress.

Collaboration and Communication

Slack: A real-time communication platform that enables the creation of topic-specific channels, integration with other tools, and smooth collaboration.

Customer Analysis and Feedback

Google Analytics: Used to track user behavior within the product and make data-driven decisions.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

Notion: An all-in-one platform for managing notes, documents, databases, and tables, ideal for documenting strategy and product requirements.
Confluence: As mentioned earlier, it’s excellent for collaborative documentation and knowledge management within the team.
