As a MarTech Admin Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Shopify, optimizing lead generation, order management, and fulfillment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot integration issues, freeing up the marketing team’s time to focus on high-growth marketing initiatives.

• Investigate and resolve integration issues between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Shopify, ensuring accurate data flow and functionality. Analyze JSON payloads to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot API interactions, determining whether issues require low-code fixes or escalation to engineering.
• Take ownership of manual bug fixing related to integration issues, leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce administration expertise.
• Edit objects within the platforms, map fields, configure synchronization rules, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand integration pain points and prioritize fixes based on business impact.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering if necessary, providing detailed insights and recommendations for API fixes or platform enhancements.

• Proficiency in HubSpot administration, with experience troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing lead generation workflows.
• Strong Salesforce administration skills, including the ability to edit objects, configure synchronization rules, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Comfort with analyzing JSON payloads to diagnose API interactions and identify integration issues, without the need to build APIs.

This role is critical to freeing up the marketing team’s time by troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing platform functionality. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce administration, with the ability to analyze API interactions and troubleshoot integration bugs.
