Job functions

  • Oversee all paid marketing with the focus on revenue growth, ROAS and customer acquisition cost
  • Build a culture of testing and innovation as we start to scale the paid advertising channels (Digital + OOH)
  • Drive experimentation on new channels as well as testing and optimization of existing channels
  • Collaborate with the design teams to ensure that P46 delivers consistent messaging, leveraging consumer and competitive insights, across all paid marketing
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing and Analytics and provide visibility into marketing initiatives and strategy
  • Take a strategic approach to leading and optimizing channels to meet revenue, ROI, and CAC goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key agencies and local partners

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience focused in performance marketing
  • You have experience with multiple acquisition channels, AB testing, creative testing, and landing page testing
  • You have a proven track record in a high growth business B2B business
  • You have experience scaling spend and acquiring new channels
  • You have strong analytical skills and built attribution methods
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

Desirable skills

  • Have a strong interest in the future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo, having worked for a B2B company
  • Have experience working at a fast-paced start-up
  • Previously worked in distributed and remote environments
