YOUR KEY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow qualified organic traffic to our website from Google and Social Media channels.
Keyword research.
Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Build a following on social media.
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
Leverage our podcast content.

YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

Advanced English. Fluent written and spoken English.

· You have a bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Advertising or related career

· You have 5+ years relevant experience in performance marketing (e. g., data-driven digital marketing, content marketing) at a B2B company, ideally in a tech startup

· You possess strong marketing skills such as copywriting, branding, SEO, and SEM

· You have experience with Google Analytics / AdWords, and ideally are familiar with other tools such as SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Creativity and the ability to develop original content
You are energetic, resourceful, and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment

· You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
