We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (bilingual) who wants to join us and be part of our present and help build our future. You will work under the guidance of our Head of Design, and closely with our Product Managers, Developers and other teams of the company. Your main responsibility will be to design User Interfaces and mixed experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and present interfaces, from rough sketches to high-quality visuals that meet our product standards and goals.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for the given design tasks by lead designer.
• Actively takes part in the continuous improvement of our Design System. Keeping it organized, up to date and proposing new components when needed.
• Work with Customer Experience team to support design decisions with user feedback, best practices and data from usability tests, site metrics, site maps, customer journey maps, and other tools to guide the product development process.
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs to the front-end, as well as participate in the frontend delivery doing QA to ensure pixel-perfect design.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both speaking and writing, non-negotiable)
• Strong portfolio of latest relevant work.
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• 3+ years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
• Experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs, especially for mobile apps.
• Experience working in a remote anddiverse team, directly with software engineers, product managers, and marketers.
