Step into a fulfilling role as a Customer Success Coordinator with our esteemed client, where you'll serve as the pivotal first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Your multifaceted responsibilities encompass responding to calls, expertly handling inquiries, facilitating lead bookings, and overseeing payment processing. We're on the lookout for an exceptionally dedicated and customer-centric team member committed to elevating customer satisfaction. This role is for a home services company that specializes in plumbing services. You will be tasked to interact with residential and commercial clients with specific maintenance and home improvement needs as it relates to plumbing, draining services, water heating and renovation projects.

Job functions

  • Be the primary customer contact, fostering positive relationships and understanding their goals and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities based on usage patterns
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance services
  • Contribute to customer success strategy development
  • Communicate empathetically and professionally through various channels
  • Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Onboard customers, ensuring comprehensive understanding of our services
  • Keep accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Maintaining a confident positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Qualifications and requirements

  • Proficient in laptop and headset use
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office software
  • Prior customer-facing experience (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
  • Collaborative, reliable, and open to feedback
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken
  • Must be located in Latin America
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time (US)
