QA Lead in Fulcrum Digital

At Fulcrum Digital we are looking for a QA Lead to work with one of our Healthcare clients: Apria

Apria Healthcare is one of the nation’s leading providers of home respiratory services and certain medical equipment, including oxygen therapy, inhalation therapies, sleep apnea treatment, and negative pressure wound therapy.

• Should be able to lead the team (Must have to lead the team for a minimum of 4 years)
• Should be able to work on the creation of Road Map, Test Strategy, Framework, Planning, Estimations, and enhancing of the team skills based on customer and market needs.
• Should able to derive test strategy and test approach for Manual, Automation and Performance testing
• should have good experience in the testing life cycle and have experience in functional and non-functional testing.
• Understanding the non-functional requirements and getting the clarifications addressed around load profile.
• Ensure the test coverage for all the requirements
• Maintain metrics for test design phase/ test scripting
• Understand the test environments and should able to put forward the test environment requirements and derive test data.
• Should be able to coordinate with the customer on day to day basis
• Should have experience of working in agile environments
• Should able to report on a daily and weekly basis highlighting issues and risks
• Should have experience in preparing closure reports.
• Tools experience - UFT, JIRA, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, and API
