You will be our HR Manager in charges of searches, interviews, onboarding and offboarding and promoting a good company culture within the entire publica.la team! processes

Reporting to the Manager and CEO
Implement recruiting strategies
Fluent in English and Spanish
Team player
Work remotely
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

+3 years recruiting experience

Experience recruiting IT and sales positions
Experience working in a start-up position
Remote recruiting experience will be highly preferred
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Fluent in English and Spanish
Based in Argentina, Brazil, columbia preferred
