Devsu is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing department. This role will focus on ideating and creating b2b marketing content that drives engagement throughout the customer journey. This role will collaborate with Marketing leadership and design to align content development with business goals (SEO, brand standards, etc.), discuss technology industry trends, and campaign planning. A qualified candidate will have experience in website content development and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to improve SEO rankings with content marketing. And, the ability to write engaging cold email subject lines and body copy. They will also have in-depth knowledge of content initiatives that will effectively grow Devsu’s social media and online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and build high-quality content and maintain user-friendly and engaging web pages, blogs and whitepapers.
  • Integrate cross-functionally to achieve quality, relevance, strategic value, and brand consistency
  • Research keywords, understand SEO best practices and provide guidance to designers and developers
  • Seek opportunities to cross-promote content to increase search engine ranking and accelerate customer journeys
  • Collaborate with manager on establishing digital marketing best practices and processes
  • Support the creation of personalized content journeys for email and always-on nurturing programs
  • Regularly work with our marketing teams to share content strategies, tactics
  • Generate documentation and best practices
  • Develop content that reflects our brand and mission, drives key impact goals, while focusing on the issues that people care about.
  • Develop the content strategy and information architecture that evolves our clients’ experience to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Crafting engaging emails, blog posts, and social media content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage our social media calendar, publishing posts to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to help build our brand and foster a community of engaged followers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience in the Software or IT industry is a must
  • 5+ years experience in content marketing, web content creation, SEO, copywriting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience supporting a global organization
