CareLinx also partners with health systems to provide post-acute care solutions that deliver visibility into the home and cloud-based tools for centralized, real-time interventions.

As a full-time designer, you will work in a fast-paced environment to create delightful experience for our caregivers, families, and business partners. This position will report to our Lead designer and will work closely with product and engineering.

Work will be fully remote. Our team is made up of a diverse group of designers, product managers, and engineers, with many great talents from Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil.

Job functions

  • Transform user stories into delightful customer experience in desktop and mobile
  • Create wireframes
  • Build high-fidelity designs in Sketch/Figma
  • Maintain design library
  • Scope requirements and debate priorities of design elements with product managers and engineers

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience creating mobile and desktop experience for consumer applications
  • Expert in either Figma or Sketch
  • Demonstrate successful launches of your designs that are adopted by end customers
  • Show iterations of designs based on customer feedback, learnings from tests/prototype
  • Ability to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
  • Has sufficient network bandwidth to do video conference (Google meet)
  • Able to work within USA timezone (8 hours a day flexible but should overlap at least 2pm - 6pm Santiago time)
