Duties and responsibilities 💻

You will be part of the art and design team within the marketing area, reporting directly to the art director, having a key role in the production of pieces for the company's paid and organic campaigns. You should be an innovative thinker, with attention to detail and ownership of projects, while also having the ability to transform business needs into high-impact creative pieces that solve strategic problems in an original way.

Create, develop and present designs. Review solutions to meet client goals and objectives.
Produce graphic pieces for digital media: Social Media Platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others), programmatic media, email marketing, Push Notifications, blogs and other Fanatiz platforms.
Responsible for design quality, accuracy and special projects as needed and required.

Required qualifications and skills 👩🏼‍🚀

3 to 5 years of experience in the creation of marketing pieces.
Experience in digital marketing agencies and/or digital campaigns (must have).
Adobe skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of HTML5 for the creation of animated digital pieces.
Understanding of email marketing and responsive design, digital design, conception, and storyboards.
Expert level understanding of narrative differences according to formats, platforms, and business objectives.
Be an expert in producing creative pieces for digital environments.
Know and be actively aware of the latest design trends and technologies/tools for the optimization and improvement of audiovisual pieces.
You must be creative, have business vision and great ideas.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is desirable

Preferred qualifications and skills 🚀

Experience and knowledge in motion graphics.
Knowledge of digital content, accessibility, UX and UI.
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom.
Experience in entertainment and media companies and/or within the sports and paid media industry.
You are a people person, proactive, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
You are a strong consumer of social media with a high interest in new narrative and audiovisual formats.
You are a sports fan!
