Responsibilities

Revenue Management

  • Manage a defined list of partners and account manage key SP’s
  • Focus on assigned Territory revenue by monthly and quarterly results
  • Influence Company Partner Led SB products (Designed) as Brand of Choice to partners
  • Promote & communicate the Benefits of Company's SB Partner Programs and how to work with selected distribution partners
  • Work with Cisco to develop joint partnerships and Cisco certifications and sales enablement
  • Promote Channel Activity with partners via events and preferred campaigns via SP’s (eg: webinars)
  • Meet fortnightly with Webhelp management re issues, progress & performance
  • Represent the interests of local Cisco management and Cisco global programs interactively

Territory Management

  • Drive Company revenue as net new growth for partners
  • Focus on assigned Territory bookings by monthly and quarterly results and also importantly in active partners under management
  • Commit to a list of partners toward desired growth targets over given period
  • Carry out quarterly activity planning and report on critical related metrics to reflect progress
  • Develop deal and activity intensity hand in hand with SB Cisco team
  • Manage deals with partners while rewarding the partner of choice for new lead development
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with field territory managers to commit pipeline while driving a plan to hit and exceed goals
  • Align with SBPS management, internal Cisco territory managers and channel management

Partner Management

  • Develop nominated value-added resellers specializing in IT/Networking products with a focus on the small business market
  • Promote and ensure key SP SB networking products, programs and promotions (featuring Cisco’s Meraki platform & others)
  • Ensure resellers are aware of key support programs and tools that will improve joint activity
  • Build the ability to sell and support the Cisco’s small business networking products on partner floor days and account mapping

Requirements

Previousexperience

•3+ years of sales experience in IT Channel sale

•1+ years experience in Account Management

•Passionate about developing volume business through Service Providers and their key partners

•Knowledge of Cisco Products, solutions & Technologies. Competitor’s product knowledge is a plus

•A demonstrated team player who operates with integrity in search of common results

•Self-driven individual: ability to work / act independently and think fast

•Salesforce.com experience is a plus

•Strong written and verbal skills in English & local language

•Strong computer skills (Networking, Office + CRM systems)

•Sound time management and organization skills

Soft skills

•Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

•Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences

•Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources and follow through with inside sales reps, customers and partners

•Work toward goal achievement, using negotiation, self-motivated
